CASCADE MAGNETS

The Goudsmit compact pneumatic cascade magnet has been specially designed to extract ferrous contamination from large quantities of granular or powdered materials. Damage to machines is thereby prevented.

OPERATION

The cascade magnet is provided with three very strong specially designed magnets and four pneumatic cylinders, one for each magnet and one for the automatic 2-way box. When the cascade magnet system is set in operation the magnets are pressed against the wall by cylinders. The 2-way box is open, allowing the product stream to pass through, while the magnets extract the iron particles and hold them.
